  • Drive data integrity across the Ascension ecosystem by defining metrics, monitoring quality scorecards, and leading remediation efforts. You will bridge the gap between Data Governance, IT, and operational teams to ensure data is fit for purpose.
  • Define DQ dimensions, metrics, and industry-standard scorecards.Support the implementation of DQ and performance tracking platforms.
  • Lead data audits, cleanup exercises, and risk mitigation plans. Facilitate Data Working Groups and evangelize standards to stakeholders.
  • Skills needed for the job : SQL, GCP (BigQuery), Tableau, MD-Staff/MD-Stat, Collibra, Red Cap, Reltio, and Symedical.

Requirements Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate'sdegree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

Additional Preferences

  • Healthcare experience using MD Staff and MD Stat
