Role Description

🌟 We’re Hiring: Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist 🌟

Are you passionate about connecting top talent with the right opportunities? We’re looking for a Recruiter to drive end-to-end recruitment processes for our teams globally!

What you’ll do:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment: from requisition to offer management
  • Develop recruitment strategies and identify the best sourcing channels for each role
  • Lead and manage internal Sourcer, set tasks, provide feedback, and monitor performance
  • Recruit for senior and C-level positions
  • Conduct interviews and present qualified candidates to hiring managers
  • Apply various candidate assessment methodologies, including competency-based, behavioral, and case interviews
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline, including referral recruiting
  • Collaborate with stakeholders on workforce planning and hiring priorities
  • Support compensation alignment and lead offer negotiations
  • Administer recruitment processes in BambooHR.What we’re looking for:
  • Experience in global hiring processes. Experience in Israel recruitment is advantage.
  • Proven track record in sourcing top talent and managing C-level and senior hires
  • Expertise in candidate evaluation methodologies.
  • Familiarity with recruitment KPIs, HR systems, and candidate databases
  • English - C1, Russian - C1.
