Freelance Illustrator

Our client is seeking a talented Freelance Digital Illustrator with experience creating vector art illustrations of maps, architecture, or similar. The goal is to produce clean, corporate-style vector art that accurately represents their buildings and landmarks, making it easier for visitors to navigate and identify areas of their grounds.

Remote role. Quick start and fast turnaround. Could start as early as Monday 4/21 with a final deliverable by end of April.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create vector art illustrations for a map, ensuring buildings and landmarks are distinguishable and accurately represented.
• Collaborate remotely with the team, attending one initial meeting and a mid-project check-in.
• Work independently to meet the project deadline by the end of the month.

Requirements:

• Ability to showcase examples of vector art map illustrations with distinguishable buildings (i.e. major city maps, garden maps, zoo maps, etc)
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and vector art design (no sketches, paintings, etc).
• Must have own workstation and access to Adobe Illustrator software.
• Ability to work remotely and start immediately with flexible hours.
