Role Description

This is a part-time remote contractor position focused on organic social growth, community engagement, content direction, and brand storytelling across channels.

You will help shape the organic presence of the brand by identifying trends, guiding creative direction, engaging with the community, and helping develop founder-led content that feels native to each platform. You will work closely with the founder, creators, performance marketer and designer in a small, collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the organic social growth strategy across Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest

• Develop monthly content direction, campaign concepts, and growth initiatives aligned with brand goals

• Write creative briefs for creators and designer to ensure content feels on-brand and performance-minded

• Identify trends, hooks, platform shifts, and content opportunities that can increase reach, engagement, and community growth

• Collaborate closely with the founder to help shape storytelling, messaging, and founder-led content

• Actively engage with the community across platforms through comments, DMs, and conversations in a thoughtful, on-brand way

• Analyze social performance metrics and turn insights into actionable recommendations

• Manage content calendars and support a consistent posting cadence

• Help source and coordinate creators, influencers, and UGC talent when needed

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Instagram (must-have), TikTok (must-have), Pinterest (nice-to-have), and organic growth strategies

• Deep understanding of social trends, platform behavior, and community-building

• Strong communication, storytelling, and creative direction skills

• Highly proactive, organized, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment

• Beauty, fashion, lifestyle, or luxury brand experience a must

• Startup mindset with excitement to grow alongside a small brand and team
