- Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely, accurate, and friendly manner.
- Handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining quality and professionalism.
- Troubleshoot product or service issues and provide quick solutions or escalate when necessary.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all chat interactions using CRM or ticketing systems.
- Collaborate with other support agents or departments to resolve complex issues.
- Provide product or service guidance, recommend features, and assist with basic onboarding if needed.
- Follow company policies, tone guidelines, and service standards in every interaction.
