Klaviyo Project Manager - Email Marketing Agency (Long-Term)

Mail Wizards is an email marketing agency that works with ecommerce brands to increase their revenue through email. We're looking for a reliable Klaviyo Project Manager to take full ownership of client accounts and drive measurable results.

What you'll do:

— Manage Klaviyo accounts end-to-end for multiple ecommerce clients

— Own key performance metrics: open rate, click rate, conversion rate, submit rate

— Run A/B tests and execute data-driven hypotheses to improve performance

— Brief and manage copywriters and designers on deliverables

— Maintain and improve email deliverability (inbox placement, domain reputation, spam rate)

— Communicate directly with agency founders

What we're looking for:

— Speaking Russian

— 2+ years hands-on Klaviyo experience (mandatory)

— Strong English (B2+)

— Systems thinker

— you identify bottlenecks and fix them

— Comfortable using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.)

— Strong communicator

— Cold email experience is a plus
