This method ensures a substantial improvement in guest satisfaction by identifying and addressing specific areas of concern through regular venue visits.
Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Partner at MasterGuest. The Partner will be responsible for precuring new contracts, inducting and retaining high-end hospitality venues, providing detailed feedback and recommendations to clients. Day-to-day tasks include research, pitches, conducting website audits, booking journeys, and in-person assessments based on criteria agreed upon with the client. The role requires active communication with hospitality operators to ensure the continual enhancement of their service execution and overall guest experience.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in hospitality management, customer service, or related fields
- Excellent observational and analytical skills for providing constructive feedback
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for engaging with clients and preparing detailed reports
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple assessments remotely
- Familiarity with high-end restaurant and hotel operations is a plus
