Role Description

Matchouse is looking for a proactive Part-Time Sales Growth Associate to help drive user growth across estate agents, and service professionals in the UK. This role suits someone who enjoys speaking with people, building relationships, and supporting a fast-growing marketplace.This is a remote part-time role for a Sales Growth Associate. The Sales Growth Associate will identify potential clients, build strategic partnerships, and support business development through proactive engagement. They will assess market trends, create compelling sales proposals, and communicate Matchouse's value proposition to prospective users and businesses. Additionally, the role will involve maintaining long-term client relationships, contributing to sales strategies to achieve growth targets, and creating basic promotional videos, including appearing on camera to present Matchouse’s features and benefits for marketing and sales campaigns.Key Responsibilities

  • Contact estate agents, and service professionals to introduce Matchouse.
  • Explain platform benefits clearly and encourage them to list properties or services.
  • Support onboarding by guiding new users through setup.
  • Follow up with leads and maintain good communication.
  • Provide feedback to help improve our sales strategy and platform experience.
  • Work closely with the founder on growth initiatives.
  • Create short video clips for sales outreach and marketing promotions
  • Present on camera to explain Matchouse features, benefits, and user value
  • Record content for social media, sales campaigns, and promotional messages
  • Assist with simple editing and preparation of video material when required

Qualifications

  • Strong sales, business development, and client relationship management skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
  • Comfortable speaking with professionals and business owners.
  • Sales or property experience is a bonus but not essential.
  • Experience in market research, lead generation, and sales strategy development
  • Ability to work independently in a dynamic, remote working environment
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and other business development platforms
  • Prior experience in tech platforms, property services, or similar industries is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Comfortable appearing on camera for short marketing and sales videos
  • Confident speaking clearly and naturally in recorded video content
  • Experience creating short video content for marketing or promotional purposes
  • Basic knowledge of tools such as Canva, CapCut, or similar editing platforms
  • Ability to support visual and video content creation for promotional campaigns

Working Hours

  • 10:00 to 14:00 (4 hours per day)
  • Monday to Friday
  • 20 hours per week
  • Fully work from home

Pay

  • Basic UK salary (pro-rated for 20 hours per week).
  • Additional performance bonuses may be available.
