Role Description

We are looking for professionals interested in collaborating with us in the commercial development of our services.

This role is focused on generating and closing business opportunities with organisations through consultative conversations that allow you to identify real needs and connect them with our solutions.

Please note that this is not an employment position.

This is an independent collaboration model based on results.

Colaboration Model

Responsabilities

  • Identify, engage and develop relationships with potential client organisations across different industries
  • Initiate and lead conversations with decision-makers to understand business challenges related to organisational structure, talent, and workforce strategy
  • Analyse client needs and identify opportunities where our consulting services can generate measurable impact
  • Position and present our services in a consultative and strategic manner, aligned with each organisation’s context
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact through to negotiation and closing of commercial agreements
  • Collaborate with the internal team to ensure alignment between client needs and proposed solutions
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and consistency in all client interactions, representing the firm’s value proposition
  • Contribute to the development of new business opportunities through proactive outreach and relationship-building

Requierements

  • Proven experience in B2B sales or business development, ideally within services or consulting environments
  • Ability to engage confidently with business leaders and decision-makers across different industries
  • Strong understanding of how organisations operate, including challenges related to structure, talent, and growth
  • Demonstrated ability to manage conversations that go beyond transactional selling, adopting a consultative approach
  • Experience handling full sales cycles, including prospecting, qualification, and closing
  • High level of autonomy, accountability, and results orientation in a performance-driven environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust in professional settings
  • Ability to identify business opportunities and translate organisational challenges into commercial solutions
  • Professional level of English required to interact with clients in international markets
