Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a Customer Service Representative, working 20-25 hours per week under a 1099 contract. Responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The individual will perform day-to-day tasks involving customer support and communication across various channels. The role requires a customer-focused mindset and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

• Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Support
• Experience enhancing Customer Experience and ensuring customer needs are met effectively
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in written and verbal formats
• Problem-solving skills with a focus on resolving customer concerns and issues efficiently
• Reliable time management skills, particularly in a remote work setting
• Proficiency with basic computer applications and ability to adapt to new software tools
• Prior experience in a customer service or client-facing role is preferred
