Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and analyse large datasets related to energy usage, customer behaviour, and operational efficiency
• Generate dashboards, reports, and data visualisations for internal stakeholders
• Provide insights to improve energy forecasting, cost efficiency, and service delivery
• Work closely with operations, finance, and product teams to align KPIs with strategic goals
• Monitor and report on key metrics related to customer engagement, energy demand, and performance
• Support compliance and sustainability reporting using data
• Collaborate on data modelling and automation initiatives

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–3+ years experience in a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role
• Proficiency in SQL and data tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Python or R)
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication – able to translate data into meaningful business insights
• Understanding of the energy industry or utilities sector is highly desirable
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving mindset
