Scrum Master with German

Job Description We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Scrum Master to join our agile- driven team. You will play a key role in facilitating agile processes, ensuring seamless collaboration among teams, and driving continuous improvement. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment within the retail and e-commerce sector, helping teams deliver high-quality digital solutions efficiently. Your Responsibilities

• Act as a Servant Leader, facilitating agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
• Coach development teams and stakeholders on agile best practices, ensuring a high-performing and self-organizing environment.
• Remove impediments to optimize team productivity and support the continuous delivery of high-quality solutions.
• Foster a culture of transparency, collaboration, and innovation, promoting agile values across the organization.
• Work closely with Product Owners to refine and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Utilize agile metrics (e.g., velocity, cycle time) to assess team performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Promote cross-functional teamwork by encouraging knowledge-sharing and proactive problem-solving.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring agile adoption at both the team and organizational level

Our Requirements

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in an agile environment, preferably within the retail, e-commerce, or IT sectors.
• Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe frameworks.
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills to guide agile teams effectively.
• Ability to navigate a complex organization and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Hands-on experience with agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remove obstacles that hinder team progress.
• Fluent in German (C1+) and English, both written and spoken.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM I/II) is a plus
