Role Description

This is a full-time remote role as a Sales Consultant (Course Advisor) at NHFA. As a Sales Consultant (Course Advisor), you will be responsible for providing information and advice to potential students about our courses. You will guide students in selecting the right course to meet their needs, explain the benefits and features, and assist them in the enrolment process. Your role involves building and maintaining relationships with potential students, providing exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets.

Desired Skills & Experience

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build rapport and establish relationships
• Excellent customer service skills
• Proven track record in sales and achieving targets
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of the fitness industry or a willingness to learn
• Experience in education or course advising is a plus
• Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
