Role Description
This full-time remote role of a Regional Sales Manager for Scotland & Northern Ireland involves managing and expanding the customer base, developing strong relationships with electrical wholesalers, and ensuring sales targets are met. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, creating and implementing sales strategies, and providing excellent customer service and support. Regular travel within the region to meet clients and attend industry events will be required.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in territory sales management and account development
- Strong knowledge of the electrical components industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and proactively
- Proficiency with CRM software and sales performance metrics
- Willingness to travel within the region regularly
