This position represents a key strategic growth milestone for Northshore, as it will be the second hire in the APAC region, expanding the company’s global engineering consulting presence. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping Northshore’s regional delivery capability, supporting local and international clients across the Asia-Pacific data center markets.

The role also includes mentoring junior engineers and interns, supporting business development, and contributing to continuous improvement within Northshore’s Engineering & Construction team.

Key Responsibilities1. Project Leadership and Delivery

  • Conduct feasibility studies and design reviews for sustainability projects at concept stage.
  • Act as clients' owner's representative in the detailed design and implementation of sustainability projects.
