A dynamic Compliance & Ethics (C&E) Hub Project Manager plays a key role in making this happen. This pivotal position involves collaborating closely with the CELP team, cross-functional partners, and subject matter experts to oversee site maintenance, drive enhancements, and ensure seamless platform performance. The ideal candidate will excel in managing daily program operations, swiftly triaging content requests, and spearheading process improvements across platform technology, reporting, measurement, and content workflows. With a strategic mindset, proactive problem-solving skills, and sharp critical thinking, you will effectively balance high-level planning with tactical execution to support our mission and empower our employees. Responsibilities
- Lead multiple work streams to execute against project plans.
- Demonstrate strong ability to engage directly with subject matter experts and management at varying levels on strategy/key summaries, and be able to work at the tactical level within working teams.
- Promote, manage, and deliver continuous operational improvements through proactive problem-solving and solutioning.
- Display effective organization skills and manage multiple and competing priorities.
- Facilitate requirements gathering and drive the creation of relevant project plans and timelines.
- Propose solutions to manage stakeholder expectations and manage project scope.
- Drive standardization of project, portfolio, and operational processes.
- Demonstrate attention to detail in executing and reviewing work to ensure the highest quality deliverables within approved timelines and budget. Integrate and synthesize technical and substantive information from multiple teams, including legal, engineering, data analytics, and technology, to analyze complex issues, mitigate risks, and solve problems.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or More than 5 years of additional project/program management experience instead of a degree, Minimum 5 years of project/program management experience.
- Experience leading departmental and enterprise-wide projects and facilitating meetings with stakeholders.
- Experience working with stakeholders and cross-functional partners.
Preferred Qualifications
- Project management experience in the learning & educational space within the technology or professional services industries
- Experience working on Legal, Security, Compliance, or Risk projects, PMP, CAPM, or other relevant project management certification(s). Location is not specific as long as it's within the US.

Additional Responsibilities
- Participate in OP monthly team meetings and participate in team-building efforts.
- Contribute to OP technical discussions, peer reviews, etc.
- Contribute content and collaborate via the OP-Wiki/Knowledge Base.
- Provide status reports to OP Account Management as requested.
