About the Role
We’re looking for a compassionate and detail-oriented Customer Engagement Specialist to join our remote team!
In this high-touch support role, you’ll be the first point of contact for individuals exploring insurance options—helping guide them through their questions and ensuring they’re transferred to the right department.
You’ll support both inbound and outbound efforts, acting as a trusted concierge for members and nonmembers alike. Your ability to listen, connect, and organize will be key to creating a seamless and positive experience for every caller.
This is a 100% remote opportunity—ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Responsibilities
- Triage and route inbound calls accurately while capturing lead information in the CRM system.
- Deliver excellent service while adhering to compliance guidelines (scripts, authentication, PHI, DNC).
- Support outbound call campaigns by building rapport and delivering a personalized approach.
- Assist with scheduling and follow-up appointments for sales agents.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, empathy, and first-call resolution.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service, support, or call center experience.
- Comfortable handling a high volume of calls daily.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and navigate multiple computer systems effectively.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-through skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- _Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required._Education
- High school diploma or GED required.
