For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.
Primary Responsibilities
- Analyze operational, clinical, financial, utilization, affordability, and member performance data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and performance drivers
- Transform quantitative analysis into compelling data stories that clearly communicate key findings, business implications, and recommended actions
- Develop executive-ready presentations, business reviews, dashboards, and performance narratives for senior leaders
- Create consistent messaging that translates performance results to strategic priorities and organizational goals
- Contribute to continuous improvement of executive reporting, performance management tools, and business review processes
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand operational context and ensure performance findings are meaningful and actionable
- Partner with reporting and analytics teams to improve data quality, reporting consistency, and analytical capabilities
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis, healthcare analytics, strategy, performance management, operations, consulting, or a related field
- Experience within Care at Home, home-based care, managed care, population health, care management, or a related healthcare environment
- Experience analyzing operational and business performance to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and root causes
- Experience creating executive presentations, dashboards, scorecards, and business reviews
- Experience leveraging data from Power BI, Tableau, DOMO or other data visualization tools
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Demonstrated understanding of value-based care principles and performance drivers
- Demonstrated solid data storytelling capabilities with the ability to translate analysis into executive-level decision-ready insights and recommendations
- Demonstrated solid analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and work effectively in a highly matrixed environment
- Experience supporting care delivery performance management initiatives
- Experience evaluating value-based care programs and outcomes
- Experience supporting executive leaders through strategic analysis and business insights
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or other business intelligence tools
- Knowledge of healthcare operational, clinical, utilization, financial, and affordability metrics
- Familiarity with evolving care models, Models of Care, market performance management, and/or operational transformation initiatives
