What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Manage complex executive calendars, prioritizing meetings and resolving scheduling conflicts
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements and process expense reports
- Act as the primary liaison between leadership, internal teams, customers, and external partners
- Oversee day-to-day office operations and promote a positive workplace culture
- Serve as the main point of contact for office vendors and ensure efficient resolution of logistical issues
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Proven experience providing high-level administrative support to C-level executives or senior leadership
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and prioritize conflicting requests
- Experience in office operations, vendor management, and event planning
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and Zoom
- Strong interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with staff and external partners

- Experience in facility management within a physical office setting
- Demonstrated ability to proactively solve problems and improve processes
- Familiarity with new enterprise and scheduling platforms
