Documentation Specialist

Owen Reed is looking for a DP Design Specialist for a top law firm (Fully Remote).

We are seeking an experienced Design Specialist to join a leading law firm’s Marketing & Business Development team. This role is fully remote and will act as a key brand guardian, producing high-quality design materials across both digital and print platforms.

You will work closely with partners, lawyers and business support teams to ensure all materials reflect the firm’s brand, tone and market position.

Key Responsibilities

• Take design briefs and advise on creative approach, workflows and timelines.
• Design and produce a range of marketing materials, including:
• Client updates and bulletins
• Brochures, guides and co-branded documents
• Pitches and proposals
• Event collateral, digital banners, social posts and presentations
• Maintain brand asset libraries and ensure brand consistency across all channels.
• Liaise with print suppliers and external design partners when required.
• Support the ongoing development and evolution of brand guidelines.
• Recommend new creative ideas and ensure design outputs support business objectives.

About You

• 3–5 years’ design experience in professional services or financial services.
• Strong corporate design skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Confident in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva and Microsoft Office.
• Able to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines and work calmly under pressure.
• Proactive, solutions-focused and comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
