This is a high-impact founding engineering role working directly with the founder to design and build the core platform.

• Strong academic background in Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Engineering or a related quantitative discipline (Masters / PhD preferred)
• 3-6+ years software engineering experience in data-heavy or analytical environments
• Strong Python engineering experience, with exposure to .NET / C#
• Interest in analytical problem solving, modelling, and complex systems
• Startup or early-stage experience preferred
• Commercial awareness and ability to work closely with non-technical stakeholders
• Strong communication and collaborative mindset
