Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for a Relocation Specialist. The Relocation Specialist will manage relocation services, including corporate relocations and destination services, to ensure a smooth experience for clients. Responsibilities also include providing personalized customer support, liaising with clients to understand their needs, coordinating logistical arrangements, and delivering training and guidance on relocation processes. The role requires exceptional organizational and communication skills to manage multiple relocation projects effectively.

Qualifications

• Understanding of Corporate Relocation and Relocation services to coordinate and manage the relocation process effectively.
• Strong Customer Service skills to address client needs, provide support, and ensure satisfaction throughout the relocation journey.
• Experience in Destination Services, including destination-specific knowledge to assist clients in settling into new locations comfortably.
• Ability to deliver Training in relocation procedures and processes to support clients and their employees.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced remote environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with relocation computer software and industry standards (e.g., EuRA) is advantageous.
