What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Own end-to-end deployment execution across multiple customer accounts, including new site implementations and customer onboarding
• Build and manage project plans that align customer goals, internal resources, technical dependencies, and delivery milestones
• Drive structured kickoff, requirements gathering, implementation, validation, and go-live processes
• Maintain clear project documentation and provide regular updates to internal stakeholders and customer leaders
• Partner closely with Technical Account Managers and engineering teams to deploy successful solutions across the product stack

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• 3-5 years of project management experience in a SaaS or manufacturing technology environment
• Experience managing cross-functional programs involving external customers and internal stakeholders
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to multitask
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent industry experience
• Experience with Project Management methodologies and software

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience supporting deployments in discrete manufacturing environments
• Experience coordinating integration work across systems such as APIs and data pipelines
• Strong customer-facing presence with the ability to run meetings with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• PMP Certification
• Experience with the Smartsheets platform
