What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Lead the planning and administration of medium-to-large agency-wide enterprise projects, including IT projects
• Direct, coordinate, and control project activities for both technical and end-user staffing
• Manage project scope, cost, and delivery schedules while developing detailed project plans
• Support Senior Technical Project Managers on project management teams
• Utilize PMBOK-based project methodologies in project execution

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Five years of progressively responsible experience related to project management
• OR four years of experience and an Oregon Project Management Associate Certification
• OR two years of experience and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Public Administration, or a closely related field
• OR a Project Management Professional Certification awarded by the Project Management Institute
• Strong communication and facilitation skills along with attention to detail

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Advanced knowledge of formal project management methodology
• Self-motivated with the ability to work in teams
• Experience with user acceptance testing
• Background in effort-based scheduling
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
