What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Manage multiple WordPress projects, serving as the primary contact for clients and ensuring exceptional service delivery
• Facilitate project onboarding, kickoff calls, and transitions between build and support phases
• Maintain organized backlogs and support internal teams in resolving blockers and anticipating needs
• Monitor budgets and timelines, providing regular updates and flagging risks early
• Use collaboration tools to maintain transparency and contribute to team culture

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• 3-5 years of digital agency project management experience, specifically with WordPress projects
• Proven ability to manage the full life cycle of web build projects and long-term client support
• Familiarity with agile workflows, ticketing systems, and client documentation
• Strong time management skills to balance workload and team dynamics
• Experience working with distributed project teams in a remote environment
