- Executive Communication: Prepare and deliver high-impact executive communications, including CEO updates, SLT meeting materials, and quarterly business reviews for branch leadership
- Board & Investor Relations: Own the preparation of board materials and various other strategic materials
- M&A Support: Participate in diligence and integration planning for acquisition targets, applying our criteria framework and integration playbook to ensure successful execution
- Special Projects: Lead or coordinate critical special projects across the organization
Skills & Experience
- Financial & Analytical Expertise: Strong quantitative skills combined with the ability to translate complex operational data into actionable insights; experience building financial models and business cases
- Project Management: Proven track record managing complex, cross-functional, initiatives with demonstrated success
- Business Acumen: Understanding of service operations, particularly in field-service businesses with unionized workforces, and the fundamental economic model (e.g., profit drivers)
- Data Proficiency: Advanced Excel skills required; experience with BI tools (Power BI), and financial reporting systems/ERP
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with ability to distill complex topics into understandable concepts, insights, and recommendations for diverse audiences
- Change Management: Success in driving organizational change and building alignment across diverse stakeholders
- Professional Background: 3 – 6 years of experience in management consulting, transaction advisory services, corporate strategy, or finance roles within industry
- Must be eligible to work for any company in the US without sponsorship
Essential Attributes
- Judgment & EQ: Demonstrates sound business judgment combined with emotional intelligence when navigating complex stakeholder dynamics
- Results Orientation: “Bias toward action” orientation, with a relentless commitment to drive initiatives to successful completion, even in the face of organizational complexity
- Intellectually Curious & Initiative: Self-starter who proactively identifies opportunities for improvement and takes ownership of running the opportunities to the ground
- Adaptability: Comfortable with ambiguity and thrives in a fast paced environment, with changing priorities in a growing organization
- Data-Driven Influencer: Proficient in leveraging data to build compelling narratives that influence decisions, drive organizational alignment, and motivate action across all levels of the company; skilled at translating complex operational metrics into persuasive business cases that earn stakeholder buy-in without direct authority
