The Opportunity (please note this is a part-time remote position):Position Summary:

The Operations Administrator is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of Pip Care. This role ensures efficient workflow, regulatory compliance, and high-quality patient experiences while supporting leadership and the health coach staff. The Operations Administrator serves as a key liaison between health coaches, patients, and external partners to optimize performance. Salary is $18.00 per hour for a maximum of 20 hours per week to start.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations, including patient outreach, scheduling, patient flow, and staff coordination.

• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, including HIPAA.

• Coordinate with Health Coaches to optimize patient care delivery and workflow efficiency.

• Work with the Director of Operations to develop and implement policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency and patient satisfaction.

• Develop and manage relationships with our Health System clinical partners.

• Serve as point of contact for patient complaints, resolving issues promptly and professionally.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Working knowledge of medical terminology and abbreviations.
  • High school diploma or GED required, Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in EHR systems and Google Docs.
  • Experience in Motivational Interviewing is a plus
  • Experience as a Medical Assistant is preferred, but not required.
  • Bilingual candidates are strongly preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • 3-5 years experience in healthcare operations or practice management.
  • 3+ years of experience in client relations/providing customer service, preferably in healthcare.
  • Must reside in one of the following states: Pennsylvania, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, Arkansas.
