We are now inviting five exceptional leaders to join as Senior Partners - visionaries ready to co-create the next chapter of PVI’s mission to elevate awareness on human potential and performance worldwide.

About the Role

As a PVI Senior Partner, you’ll collaborate directly with our founders, board members and the core team to expand transformational educational entertainment globally.

You’ll operate as an independent business partner - leading with full autonomy, integrity, and ownership.

This is not earning a living; it’s an opportunity to build, lead, and grow your wealth within one of the world’s most impactful organizations.

This is self employed/freelance role, with a performance-based revenue model (up to 50%+ commission) with unlimited earning potential and requires time, energy and financial commitment from you. Please do not apply if that is not acceptable for you.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Represent and facilitate PVI programs, workshops, and retreats (online and in person).
• Lead personal and professional growth initiatives in your region or area of expertise.
• Deliver client presentations and support enrollments into PVI programs.
• Build and mentor your own network or partner team.
• Set and track your OKRs, maintaining full ownership of your results.
• Study and embody PVI’s methodology daily, applying our principles in life and business.
• Collaborate with the global partner network to co-create initiatives that drive growth and awareness.

Requirements

• An experienced coach, consultant, facilitator, or leader - or an ambitious professional ready to transition from corporate into purpose-driven work.
• Growth-oriented, self-motivated, and aligned with personal development principles.
• Ready to operate as a self-employed partner (existing company or willing to register one).
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Open to occasional travel for events and in-person gatherings.
• Registered as a freelancer or self employed or willing to do so.

Nice to Have

• Sales, leadership, or business development background
• Coaching, facilitation, or public speaking experience
• Project or operations management experience
• Experience in building and scaling teams or businesses
