Location: Remote (Must reside in Florida)
Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM (40 hours/week) + Overtime availableSalary: $25.00 per hour

Role Overview
We’re seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy Administrative Assistant to support our litigation team. This role involves managing large volumes of documents, scheduling, and assisting with case preparation. You’ll be a key player in ensuring our operations run smoothly and deadlines are met.
Responsibilities
• Organize and manage large PDF files (e.g., bank statements)
• Track and maintain case-related documents
• Assist with scheduling deadlines and meetings
• Communicate with internal associates and occasionally with clients
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
• Support general administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
• Entry-level; recent graduates or candidates with paralegal certificates welcome
• Strong attention to detail and pride in work
• Caring, positive attitude and willingness to learn
• General computer proficiency (troubleshooting, navigating software)
• Calm under pressure and excellent time management
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
Preferred Software Experience
• Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel
• Clio (legal case management – training provided)
• Microsoft Teams and Zoom
