Events Producer (Mid Weight) - Work From Home - Full Time/Permanent - £40,000-£50,000 - Live Event Production

Profiles Creative are hiring for an independent events agency in London, hiring for a Mid-Weight Producer. This is a full time work from home position but you will be required to attend agency catch ups, site visits and client meetings in person. Our client works on projects that are good for society and take pride in this work; a real close-knit environment of proactive 'good-doers'. You'll ideally have experience in producing live event projects, any experience in entertainment, charity or government sectors is helpful.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build strong client relationships, guiding projects from objectives to measurable outcomes.
• Advise clients on sustainable, accessible, and inclusive solutions.
• Oversee business development activities, including research, tender preparation, and budgeting.
• Mentor the creative team, supporting personal and professional growth.
• Manage subcontractors, freelancers, and partners to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Lead and deliver pitches with creative direction and oversight.
• Ensure agile, thorough, and sustainable event production for shows, conferences, exhibitions, brand activations, and outdoor events.
• Maintain strict safety and security protocols to protect all stakeholders.
• Communicate clearly and effectively, using spreadsheets and presentation tools to manage projects and share ideas.

The Candidate:

• Events Producer from an experiential agency background (2+ years)
• Have project managed and led client communication for live event production for various brands
• Happy working in a remote-first work environment
• UK based to meet with external and internal stakeholders

This role would suit an events producer or project manager, perhaps a senior project coordinator looking for a step up. You'll have agency experience and be happy working remotely for the majority of your time, with occasional face to face meetings with colleagues, clients and on site work.
