Do you enjoy clean books, accurate reporting, and working inside a business where finance drives real operational and strategic decisions?

We’re looking for a Finance Manager to support the finance function of one of the fastest-growing DTC beauty brands in the US.

You’ll own core accounting workflows, financial reporting, reconciliation, and compliance while partnering closely with the Head of Finance and department leads.

If you have strong DTC finance experience, excellent technical skills, and a love for building accurate, audit-ready financial systems - this role is built for you.

WHO THEY ARE

Our client is a category-defining DTC brand in the health & wellness space, already past 8 figures and gearing up for its next act: launching new brands, expanding globally, and preparing for a 9-figure future.

They operate with a lean, high-performance team and move quickly - making clean financial data, accurate reporting, and compliance absolutely essential.

YOUR MISSION

Your mission is to maintain accurate financials, ensure compliance, improve processes, and support reporting so that leadership can make fast, data-backed decisions - while positioning the business for future audits, investors, and exit readiness.

  • Support the Head of Finance with management reports, board decks, and investor updates
  • Run ad hoc financial analysis to support strategic decisions (margin, pricing, inventory, promos, etc.)

3. Payroll & Contractor Management

  • Maintain payroll schedules and contractor payment tracking
  • Verify time tracking, invoices, and compliance before payment
  • Reconcile payroll postings and ensure correct cost allocation across departments

4. Systems & Process Management

  • Manage financials in QuickBooks Online (or similar) with strong discipline in reconciliation and month-end closure
  • Use advanced Excel / Google Sheets for modeling, reconciliations, dashboards, and KPI tracking
  • Improve financial processes, automation, and internal controls to increase accuracy and efficiency
  • Maintain clean payment processor reconciliations (Stripe, PayPal, Adyen, etc.)

  • 2–3 years of experience in DTC, eCommerce, or consumer product financial operations
  • Strong working knowledge of: QuickBooks Online, Avalara (or similar sales tax tools), Payment processor reconciliations (Stripe, PayPal, Adyen, etc.)
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (pivot tables, vlookups, index match, conditional logic)
  • Strong understanding of: Sales tax and multi-state compliance, Inventory accounting, Contribution margin analysis, COGS & gross margin modeling
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and documentation discipline
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced DTC environment with changing priorities

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Experience with Financial LTV modeling
  • Background supporting investor reporting or due diligence processes
  • Experience with BI or dashboarding tools (Looker, PowerBI, etc.)
