🌱 Business Development Manager / Sales Representative – Nursery & Horticulture (NSW)Remote | Field-Based | Competitive Package + Vehicle Allowance

We’re expanding!

A leading Australian injection-moulding manufacturer of nursery pots, planters, and horticultural containers is looking for a driven Business Development Manager / Sales Representative to grow our presence across New South Wales.

If you love being out in the field, meeting growers, and helping them find practical, high-quality solutions, this is your opportunity to join a respected industry leader.

About the Role

You’ll be responsible for both new business development and relationship management within the nursery and horticultural market — working remotely, calling on growers, distributors, and garden suppliers across NSW.

You’ll build long-term partnerships while representing a trusted, Australian-made product range that growers rely on every day.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development (Hunter):

• Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities across NSW.

• Build strong relationships through on-site grower visits and industry events.

• Develop and execute strategic territory sales plans.

Account Management (Farmer):

• Support and grow existing customer relationships.

• Provide technical product guidance and order support.

• Ensure exceptional service delivery and satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven background in sales or business development within agriculture, nursery, or horticulture.

• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.

• Self-starter who thrives working independently.

• Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).

• Current driver’s licence and willingness to travel regionally.
