About the Role

We seek a Senior SAP Architecture Project Manager for a major ERP Transformation (SAP S/4HANA). This Technical Project Manager will partner with leads and stakeholders to drive successful delivery across complex SAP architecture domains, overseeing technical workstreams and managing program governance. This hands-on leadership role requires exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and SAP integration expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Support ERP workstream leads and Program Managers.
• Define technical scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria with development teams. Manage detailed technical project plans, budgets, timelines, and critical-path milestones. Oversee execution for timely delivery.
• Produce core PM documentation: status reports, project plans, issue logs, and risk registers. Engage senior leaders for alignment and decisions. Identify, track, and mitigate risks; proactively resolve issues.
• Build strong cross-functional relationships (IT, infrastructure, security). Collaborate with change management. Support project rollout training. Capture lessons learned for PM continuous improvement. Demonstrate ownership and commitment to transformation success.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor's/Master's preferred. PMP/Agile certified.
• Deep SAP integration/architecture expertise (S/4HANA implementation, large-scale support).
• 8+ years project management (5+ years global transformations). Skilled in integrated cross-workstream planning.
• Experience with SAP Architecture reporting/metrics.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and consensus-building. Adept at translating complex data into insights. Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure. Detail-oriented, results-focused, and collaborative.
