What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Provide timely support to Abridge users, troubleshooting problems and answering questions
  • Gather user feedback to inform product and operational improvements
  • Navigate the CRM tool to communicate with users and track resolutions
  • Analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions
  • Collaborate with the support team to enhance customer experience

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in a Tier 1 or Lead Customer Service Support role, ideally within a technology support environment
  • Strong spoken and written communication skills, able to convey technical troubleshooting clearly
  • Highly organized, capable of managing multiple priorities with attention to detail
  • Results-driven with the ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced setting
  • Proficiency with computers and comfort in using technology

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Familiarity with privacy and security protocols, particularly in healthcare
  • Experience working with CRM/Ticketing systems with rigorous tracking requirements
