Graphic Designer

Salary: $25.34 to $29.34 hourly Description We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our team on a contract basis. This role will involve creating visually engaging and accessible designs for educational materials, with a focus on user-friendly and inclusive content. The position is fully remote and requires a commitment of 5-10 hours per week. Responsibilities

• Must have experience with Articulate Storyline platform
• Design visually compelling graphics using Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, InDesign, and other tools.
• Develop accessible and user-friendly course materials tailored to educational and library-focused audiences.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure designs align with project goals and deadlines.
• Utilize instructional design principles to enhance the effectiveness of learning materials.
• Maintain brand consistency across all visual assets and designs.
• Apply creative problem-solving to produce innovative solutions for design challenges.
• Adapt designs to meet accessibility standards, ensuring usability for all audiences.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually improve design quality.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic design with a focus on detail-oriented work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, InDesign, and other related tools.
• Knowledge of instructional design principles and experience with tools like Articulate Storyline.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality, visually appealing designs.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards and creating content for diverse audiences.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team.
• Ability to manage time efficiently and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.
