About the role

Senior Civil Project Manager – Site Development (Remote)

Fully-Remote | Supporting Dallas, TX

PE required | 10+ years | Commercial site civil & land development

I’m partnering with an established multi-state civil engineering firm that’s building out its Dallas division. They recently brought on a new office leader there and are now adding PM and Senior PM talent to help grow the team. This role is fully remote, with a focus on commercial site development.

Why it’s worth a look:

  • Ground-floor opportunity to help build a growing division
  • Fully remote flexibility
  • Commercial site development work with a strong client base
  • Competitive comp, bonus, and benefits
  • Clear path to growth as the office scales

What you’ll do:

  • Manage commercial site civil and land development projects from concept through construction
  • Own client relationships and municipal/agency coordination
  • Handle scopes, fees, budgets, and schedules
  • Lead and mentor engineers and designers
  • Drive permitting and QA/QC, and support BD as the division grows

What they need:

  • BS in Civil Engineering and a PE (Texas preferred)
  • 10+ years in site civil or land development
  • Strong commercial site experience: grading, drainage, utilities, and permitting
  • Consulting PM experience managing budgets, schedules, and clients
  • Civil 3D proficiency

Bonus: DFW municipal experience, existing commercial developer relationships, or a background helping grow a team.
