- Build, maintain, and actively manage a positive employee experience by ensuring clear communication, structured processes, and reliable HR support across all employee touchpoints.
- Serve as the primary HR point of contact for team members and managers across all people-related topics, handling inquiries, preparing responses, and proactively identifying issues.
- Mediate conflicts and support managers in sensitive people situations, including preparation of conversations, documentation, follow-ups, and alignment with leadership.
- Drive digital HR transformation by selecting, implementing, maintaining, and operating HR systems, ATS tools, internal documentation, templates, and guidelines.
- Prepare, maintain, and analyze HR reporting, metrics, and people data, including management dashboards, regular updates, and ad-hoc analyses to support leadership decisions.
- Ensure HR operations, documentation, and processes are compliant, structured, and consistently applied, including drafting policies, process descriptions, and internal guidelines.
- Create, prepare, and manage HR-related content for social media and internal communication, including employer branding posts, hiring announcements, people culture insights, and leadership-aligned messaging.
- Take ownership of operational HR tasks and actively assist leadership in day-to-day people operations by proactively identifying gaps, preparing solutions, and ensuring smooth execution.
What You Bring

- Comfort working independently in a remote, international setup.
- Experience with digital HR tools, ATS systems, and HR reporting.
