Every fragrance is crafted with a perfumer’s precision and a modern sensibility, merging nature-led ingredients with sensorial luxury. Our debut collection already has early traction with luxury hotels, beauty insiders, and a growing global audience.

Now, we’re building a founding team to help write the next chapter — a chance to shape a modern fragrance house born of Mykonos and made for the world.

The Role

We’re looking for a Marketing & Brand Design Co-Founder who can execute, create, and deliver tangible results. This is not a strategy-only role — you’ll build, design, and launch directly, working closely with the CEO.

You will own the digital brand experience: website, campaigns, and social visuals, helping us grow from concept to global luxury brand.

Who You Are

• You’re a hands-on marketer and designer with a track record of executing, not just managing creative teams.
• Your career to date includes brand, marketing, or content design roles in beauty, fragrance, fashion, or lifestyle (agency or in-house).
• You’ve worked in small, fast-moving teams or startups where you had to create, publish, and iterate quickly.
• You understand luxury or premium branding and how to make it resonate visually and socially.
• You’re resourceful, proactive, and excited by ownership — you want to help build something from the ground up.

What You’ll Do

• Wix/Shopify/Wordpress Website skills – Build & update pages, optimize UX & visuals
• Brand Asset Creation – Packaging (labels), influencer kits, email & social templates
• Marketing & Social Content – Short-form video (TikTok/Reels), branded posts, basic copywriting
• Creative Execution – Turn moodboards & briefs into ready-to-publish assets
• Reporting – Provide weekly deliverables & updates (essential for this role)

What You Bring

• Strong design skills (Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, Canva Pro)
• Hands-on marketing execution for beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brands
• Comfortable producing short-form video & social content
• Familiarity with AI design tools (Midjourney, Runway, DALL·E) a plus
• A doer’s mindset – resourceful, fast, and detail-driven
• A clean, modern portfolio (brand, digital, and packaging work)
