About the Role
We are seeking a Recruitment Specialist to support our hiring efforts across multiple roles in Australia. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and skilled at connecting with candidates and coordinating recruitment activities.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from job posting to offer
- Source, screen, and engage candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and internal databases
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Maintain accurate candidate records and track recruitment metrics
- Support employer branding and candidate experience initiatives
Qualifications
- Some experience in recruitment, HR, or related fields
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes at once
