Role Description This part-time remote HR Analyst role supports HR operations through data analysis, reporting, and process optimization. The HR Analyst gathers and interprets HR data, prepares regular reports on workforce metrics, and identifies trends to support informed decision-making. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining HRIS data quality, assisting with benefits administration, and supporting HR management with analytics related to staffing, performance, and compensation. The role also involves collaborating with HR and business stakeholders to improve HR processes, streamline documentation, and ensure compliance with relevant policies. The HR Analyst is expected to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and communicate findings clearly to non-technical audiences.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills, with experience supporting HR processes and initiatives.
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills, including data collection, analysis, interpretation, and reporting.
- Candidates should possess Benefits Administration skills, with the ability to support enrollment, changes, and employee inquiries.
- Candidates should possess Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) skills, including maintaining data accuracy and generating system-based reports.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include proficiency in spreadsheets and reporting tools, strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
- Experience in financial services or a data-driven corporate environment is an advantage.
