Signify is a tech startup helping businesses simplify contracting and document management.

We’re looking for a hands-on Business Development Manager to help us grow in the Polish market - build the pipeline, develop partnerships, and bring in new revenue.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in the Polish market
  • Generate pipeline through outbound activities: calls, LinkedIn, and email
  • Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing
  • Build strong relationships with potential and existing clients
  • Run product demos and presentations
  • Negotiate and close deals
  • Develop local partnerships to support growth and open new channels
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams
  • Stay on top of market trends, competitors, and opportunities

Qualifications:

We’re looking for someone who has:

  • Native Polish language skills
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development; SaaS or tech is a plus
  • A hands-on sales mindset — you can generate pipeline, not just manage it
  • Experience with outbound sales
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to build trust and long-term relationships
  • Independence, motivation, and focus on results
  • Comfort working in a fast-moving startup environment
