Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and delivering projects on time and within scope

• Support resource planning and task delegation
• Facilitate meetings, prepare documentation, and maintain project trackers
• Ensure project outcomes align with business goals and stakeholder expectations

About You:

• 1–3+ years of experience in a Project Coordinator or Project Manager role
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, JIRA, MS Project)
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote environment
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organised
• PMP/CAPM certification (or working towards it) is a plus but not required
