- Explore other ways to drive growth, including creator partnerships and external traffic.
- Work closely with the existing Amazon operations team and external consultancy to share insights and improve results.
- Help shape and grow the PPC function as the business expands, taking the lead on new ideas and improvements.

- A proven track record of growing Amazon sales through effective advertising strategies.
- Experience managing sizeable advertising budgets and knowing where to invest for the best return.
- A strong understanding of Amazon Ads, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands and Sponsored Display.
- Confident using metrics like ACoS, TACoS, ROAS, conversion rate and contribution margin to guide decisions.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn campaign data into practical actions that improve performance.
- Hands-on experience with keyword research, bid optimisation, campaign structure, product targeting and search term analysis.
- Commercially minded, proactive and comfortable taking ownership, working across multiple products and marketplaces, and sharing recommendations with the wider team.
