Title: Marketing & Brand Generalist – Trade Marketing
Location: remote (with access to Warsaw office)
Employment: 12 months employment contract
We are looking for a Marketing & Brand Specialist to join our Trade Marketing team and support the growth of our OUTDOOR and BLACK+DECKER brands. This is a great opportunity for a proactive, commercially minded, and detail-oriented professional who enjoys working across marketing, sales, brand activation, and market analysis.
What you'll do
- Support the execution of promotional strategies and both short- and long-term marketing plans across the OUTDOOR and BLACK+DECKER categories.
- Work closely with Sales Specialists and Key Account Managers to drive business growth through price/volume actions, white space analysis, and commercial initiatives aligned with European Product Management.
- Assist in the development and implementation of promotions, new product launches, in-store concepts, and display solutions.
- Coordinate the creation, development, and implementation of price lists.
- Support the organization of events, trade fairs, catalogues, and FOC merchandise activities.
- Contribute to the creation and execution of local sell-out activities in close cooperation with local Sales Teams.
- Manage the translation and adaptation of marketing materials, working closely with external translation agencies where needed.
- Collaborate with the Brand Team, Regional Product Team, and Central European marketing team members to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing initiatives.
- Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and evaluating results against defined objectives.
- Monitor competitor activities and conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for growth.
- Analyze the market landscape to identify new channels, customers, and business partners.
- Prepare, edit, translate, and format documents, reports, and presentations, ensuring they are accurate, clear, and professionally presented.
- Work extensively in Excel and support data-driven decision-making through strong reporting and analytical capabilities.
- Create and manage requests for data input in internal systems such as SAP, Ariba, Metastorm, and Salesforce.
- Maintain databases and spreadsheets, ensuring a high level of data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality.
- Support a range of administrative and operational tasks, including system updates, pricing setup, and other day-to-day coordination activities.

Salary Range: 92 000–113 500 PLN gross annually
