We are partnered with a leading digital innovation and consulting client who are currently hiring heavily across the UK with a particular focus on current Public Sector projects.

We are looking for experienced User Researchers, UX Designers, and Service Designers to support a complex digital programme focused on improving user journeys within a regulated and policy-driven environment. Working across Discovery and Alpha, you will help shape services that are user-centred, accessible, and operationally viable.

Successful candidates will be comfortable working in Agile environments, navigating complex stakeholder landscapes, and translating research and design thinking into actionable outputs such as user journeys, service blueprints, prototypes, and design artefacts. You will help establish strong ways of working across teams, promoting evidence-based decision making, accessibility, and inclusive design principles.

Key Skills:

• Mixed‑method user research and strong synthesis/storytelling.
• Comfort working with complex stakeholder ecosystems.
• Strong interaction design and prototyping across Discovery/Alpha.
• Practical accessibility knowledge (WCAG‑aligned thinking and inclusive design).
• End‑to‑end service design and strong workshop facilitation.
• Ability to work across organisational boundaries and complex ecosystems.
• Experience producing practical artefacts used by delivery teams (blueprints, maps, playbacks).
