About the Role

You’ll help build a predictive, emotionally responsive mobile interface for highly complex use cases like mortgage lending and financial services. Unlike traditional systems that rely solely on empirical data, our AI will:

• Detect and interpret the user’s emotional state.
• Dynamically adjust workflows based on emotional cues.
• Deliver a personalized, intuitive experience that feels human.

• Pioneering auto-morphing AI cell-modular agents that learn simple tasks and collaborate to solve complex problems.

Tech Stack Overview

• Front end: React

Role Details

• Position Type: Fully Remote
• Salary Range:
• Entry Level: $100,000–$120,000/year
• Experienced / Exceptional Talent: $150,000–$200,000/year
• Freedom & Ownership: Choose your own problem. Solve it. Deliver a commercial product with a unique user experience.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong proficiency in one or more of our core languages (Python, C++, Java, Node.js).
• Experience building scalable systems or AI-driven applications.
• Curiosity, creativity, and a desire to challenge legacy thinking.
• Comfort with ambiguity and a passion for solving real-world problems.
• Willing to learn, disciplined and passionate.

Pay range and compensation package

Entry Level: $100,000–$120,000/year; Experienced / Exceptional Talent: $150,000–$200,000/year.
