About The Role The Remote Property Customer Support / Administration Specialist is a vital member of our team, responsible for managing a portfolio of properties, providing outstanding customer support, and executing administrative tasks efficiently. This full-time, remote position offers an excellent opportunity for candidates with a background in property management or customer service to contribute to a fast-paced and client-focused environment. The role requires a proactive individual with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with team members. The specialist will serve as a primary point of contact for clients, coordinating maintenance, inspections, and tenant relations to ensure seamless property operations. Additionally, they will assist in data entry, document preparation, and record-keeping to support the overall efficiency of our property management processes. Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 2+ years experience in property management, customer service, or a related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
  • High attention to detail and effective problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Remote work experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Manage a diverse portfolio of properties, coordinating maintenance, inspections, and tenant relations
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client inquiries and resolving issues effectively
  • Assist with administrative duties such as data entry, document preparation, and record management
  • Collaborate with team members to develop strategies aimed at improving customer satisfaction and retention
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to enhance service quality
  • Support the onboarding and training of new team members as needed
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support overall company operations
