About The Role We are seeking a talented and passionate Graphic Designer to join our remote Creative team within the Marketing department. The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing compelling visual content across multiple channels, including digital and print media. This position reports directly to the Senior Designer and involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to produce innovative designs that align with brand guidelines, regulatory requirements, and strategic marketing goals. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating engaging visuals that support our promotional initiatives, elevate our brand presence, and drive customer engagement and conversions. Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of professional Graphic Design experience
  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or related field (preferred)
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative work
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD) and Figma
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing, content marketing, and brand promotion principles
  • Experience with omni-channel marketing campaigns including email, social media, display ads, and in-store collateral
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work after-hours and weekends as needed

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute creative concepts for digital and print materials that adhere to brand guidelines and regulatory standards
  • Collaborate with the Creative team, Copywriters, and other stakeholders to produce on-brief and on-strategy designs
  • Create visual content for multiple channels including social media, email campaigns, website, display advertising, and in-store collateral
  • Ensure consistency in look, tone, and feel across all creative assets for retail and product brands
  • Translate marketing strategies and campaign objectives into compelling visual stories
  • Maintain high standards of quality and attention to detail in all deliverables
  • Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate innovative design techniques to enhance creative output
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining productivity
