About The Role We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Web Designer/Developer to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about both web design and development, and who are eager to grow their skills in AI-enhanced web solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and supporting modern, high-performing websites for local and regional businesses. You will work closely with our team to implement responsive, mobile-first designs, optimize websites for SEO, and assist with integrating AI tools such as chatbots and automation workflows. This position offers a great opportunity to develop technical skills, gain industry experience, and potentially transition into a full-time role as the company expands. Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience with WordPress development and management
• Proficiency with page builders such as Oxygen or Elementor
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS
• Understanding of responsive and mobile-first design principles
• Strong attention to detail and quality assurance
• Excellent communication skills and reliability
• Ability to troubleshoot basic website issues
• Familiarity with SEO best practices (preferred)
• Knowledge of JavaScript, PHP, and APIs (preferred)
• Experience with AI tools like ChatGPT and automation platforms (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Build and edit WordPress websites using Oxygen, Elementor, or similar builders
• Implement and maintain responsive, mobile-first website designs
• Assist with website updates, content edits, and quality assurance testing
• Optimize website pages for SEO, including headings, structure, and speed improvements
• Help implement AI tools such as chatbots and automation workflows to enhance website functionality
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic website issues promptly
• Collaborate with team members to ensure project requirements are met
• Stay updated with the latest web design and development trends and technologies
