About the Role
An established organization is seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to support financial planning, forecasting, and strategic decision-making. This role will partner closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to provide accurate, data-driven financial insights. This position is fully remote and open to candidates located within the United States
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes.
- Prepare, review, and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Build, enhance, and maintain financial models to support strategic business decisions and initiatives.
- Conduct variance analysis and highlight key risks, trends, and opportunities.
- Collaborate with multiple departments to improve financial accuracy, business performance, and reporting quality.
- Present financial insights, findings, and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Ensure adherence to internal financial controls and compliance with U.S. GAAP.
- Support continuous improvement of financial systems, processes, and reporting tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or corporate finance.
- Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical capabilities.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Experience using financial and reporting platforms (e.g., NetSuite, Workday, Power BI, Tableau).
- Solid understanding of U.S. GAAP and corporate finance principles.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present insights to senior stakeholders.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
- MBA, CPA, or CFA certification is considered a plus.
